have been manufacturing quality flaps in developing wide range of Tyre
Flaps, Rim Flaps, Curing Flaps for major tyre manufacturers, Goodyear,
MRF, Birla, Modi and Dunlop who have all had appreciable cost savings.
We
define quality as the supply of consistent products which meet our
customers needs.
We were the first manufacturers in India to export flaps in container loads.
With
a domestic sale of ten million and having directly exported over a
million flaps, we ensure that our customers get the best quality at

Our Manufacturing unit located at Sonipat, Near Delhi, has a capacity of 125,000 flaps per month, where we are manufacturing flaps for Bias & Radial Tyres in NR, SBR & EPDM.
Flaps
embossed with the customers brand are manufactured for O.T.R.,
industrial and highway application.
These heavy duty tyre flaps are designed to withstand heavy loads & the value area are reinforced with fabric/metal protectors.
